  You may have a pre-compiled list of particular items you require, in which case we will gladly work within your requested parameters; however, should you require a little guidance or inspiration, Lindsay Farrington, our Provisioning Manager, has over five years experience in the industry & is readily available to assist where needed! 
   
• Guest or Crew Member?
  We also recognize that your orders may include requirements for both your guests & crew members, and that the budgets for each may be significantly different. Bahamas Yacht Management is committed to working with you to fill your orders to best suit your specifications & budget!  
  
  
• Placing Your Order…
  Bahamas Yacht Management will gladly fill any order received in writing via

  containing the details of anticipated delivery dates, times & location. There is no minimum order for delivery, but we do ask that you give us at least 12 hours for small orders (10 items or less) and 36 hours turnaround time for all other orders. Once your order has been received, we will contact you to discuss your requirements, delivery specifications & method of payment. I would also add that customers need to be aware that all stores/services are basically shut down on Sundays unlike the US or Canada
• Additions…
  There may be an instance where you require some last minute additions to your order. We will happily work with you & make every attempt possible to include these items in your order.
• Cancellations…
  Please be advised that you will be charged 10% of your order total should you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your delivery time.
• Feedback…
  Upon completion of your delivery, we encourage you to share with us your experience & your thoughts about the services & products you have received so that we may continue to improve!

BYM’s Simply Gourmet caters to those of you interested in a premium product for an acceptable price! Twice a week, Simply Gourmet offers you either a home or office delivery option, or an invitation to join us for an afternoon of shopping!
